After a successful Autumn cleanse, I would love to have you join me again for 5 days of mindful action and yummy food. The emphasis will move away from warming, heartier fare to lighter, more cleansing dishes.
No diet, just an abundance of nourishing foods and life practices In 5 days, we can begin to re-programme the way we taste food, understand its benefits, see a boost in our energy levels, and maybe change an ingrained habit or two.

I will give you suggestions on how to integrate new healthful habits into your routines, as well as share a series of posts on the physiology of our body so we better understand it’s workings.
Changing lifestyle habits is multi-faceted…you will be actively transforming your mind, body and kitchen with scrumptious wholefoods, and mindful action with a considered, educated approach.
Change becomes sustainable if you enjoy the food, when lifestyle suggestions are workable in your routine, and most of all, when a suggestion resonates
