Here are some simple techniques to bring mindfulness
more fully into your day to find clarity and peace:
- On waking, before you get out of bed, before checking phone, email, social media, bring your attention to your breathing. Observe five full inhales and exhales.
- Notice how your body feels as you move from lying to sitting, to standing, to walking. During the day, notice each time you make a transition from one posture to the next.
